Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 8 oz
    Potato, raw, 4 medium
    Carrots, Crinkle Cut, Frozen, 2 cup
    Chef's Cupboard Cream of Mushroom Soup, 10.75 serving
    Garlic, 1 tsp
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .25 cup (8 fl oz)
    Milk, nonfat, .50 cup
    Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 1 cup(8 oz)

Directions

Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook ground beef and set aside. Spray a 3 quart cassrole dish with cooking spray, layer with peeled / thinnly sliced potatoes top with half of the portion of beef then a layer of carrots. Mix together soup water and milk along with rosemary and garlic. Pour half of mixture on top of the carrots. Continue with another layer and then top with Cheese. Bake for an hour.

Makes 8 big servings or 12 small servings
