Ingredients
* *Sharwoods Medium Egg Noodle, 125 gram(s) (remove)
* Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove)
* Ginger Root, 4 slices (1" dia) (remove)
* Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
* *Vegetable Boullion, 2 serving (remove)
* *Fish Sauce, 2 tbsp (remove)
* *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove)
* *fresh red chilli, 1 serving (remove)
* Lime Juice, 0.5 lime yields (remove)
Directions
Put 2 pints of water into a pan and bring to boil. Add boullion powder and soy sauce.
Meanwhile put ginger, garlic, chilli into pestle and motar and make into a paste.
Add paste to pan and simmer for 3 minutes, add scallions and noodles.
Boil for 4 minutes then add fish sauce and lime juice just before serving.
You can add Prawns or cooked chicken if you like but its not essential it tastes great anyway.
