Ingredients

    2, 14oz. cans of Bush's Low Sodium Black Beans
    2 cups Swanson's Low Sodium Chicken Broth
    1 large carrot, grated
    1 fresh jalapeno, chopped fine
    1/2 cup Tostitos salsa, medium
    1 fresh ear of sweet corn, cut from the cob
    3 cloves of garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. taco seasoning

Directions

Put all ingredients in a pot and cook until carrots are cooked, about 40 minutes.
Makes 10, 1 cup servings.
