Ingredients

0.5 Green Oakleaf Lettuce
0.25 Red Coral Lettuce
0.5 small green capsicum, sliced
0.5 medium red capsicum, sliced
0.5 red onion, ringed
10 cherry tomatoes, halved
3 serves of leftover 'Restraunt Grilled Chicken', cut into bite size pieces (see above)
1 cup of leftover roast chicken, shredded
69g Outback Spirit Wild Lime Dressing
Directions
1/ Mix the two types of lettuce and arrange them in the serving bowl.
2/ Add all the other ingredients to a mixing bowl, and stir until coated with dressing.
3/ Place the contents of the mixing bowl onto the lettuce.
