Great for lunch! Great for lunch!
Number of Servings: 4

    1 lb ground turkey breast
4 slices fat free american cheese slices
1 1/2 cloves garlic (or garlic salt)
    dash of salt/pepper
4 Healthy Life Light hamburger buns

Place turkey in a large mixing bowl, add garlic, salt, and pepper and knead. Form 8 small patties. Fold slice of cheese into four squares and place on top of one patty. Place second patty on top and pinch sides so that cheese is completely covered. Repeat. You should have 4 cheese-stuffed patties.
I use a George Foreman grill to cook these: place on the grill (*the cheese will definitely ooze out a little, just use a form and put it on top of the burger*).
A great healthy lunch, especially served with baked lays!
