Ingredients

    1 can tuna in water (rinse tuna w/water)
    1 tbsp mayonnaise
    1 medium hard boiled egg
    about 1 tsp of mustard (grey poupon or spicy brown mustard)




Directions

mix all ingredients together in bowl and chill before serving.
Best when served with a slice of tomatoe on whole wheat bread!
