Ingredients

    sweetened condensed milk
    evaporated milk
    eggs
    egg yolks
    kahlua
    sugar
    cream cheese
    cinnamon
    nut meg

Directions

melt sugar in heavy bottom pan; blend other ingredients in blender, low speed. Pour melted sugar into bread pan, pour egg mixture in pan. Cook in water bath at 325 til firm, make sure water does not boil, adding ice cubes if necessary. Cool overnite; flip upside-down to serve. Serves 12
