Introduction

Combine all salsa ingredients (everything except the salmon & soy sauce). Can be prepared 6 hrs ahead. Cover & refrigerate. Preheat broiler. Brush salmon w/ soy sauce.     1/4c diced red bell pepper
    1/4c diced green bell pepper
    1/4 diced red onion
    1 TBS fresh lime juice
    2 1/2 tsp. chopped jalapeno chili pepper

    2 lg salmon fillets, cut into portions
    1 tsp low sodium soy sauce
