Very Quick and delicious spin on a very popular dish that we all miss when dieting. Using a soft whole wheat crust and all natural sauce really brings out the flavor. Who Knew that pizza can be deliciously wholesome. And if tuna is not your thing, try replaceing tuna with veggies, or a low fat ham, or any low fat topping of your choice! Ingredients

3 Whole Wheat Pepperidge farm deli flats (make 6 servings)
1/4 cup Great Value (all natural) Pizza sauce
1 can of tuna in water (not oil)
1 Tbsp black olives
1 Tbsp green olives
season to taste for flavor (pepper, paprika, cumin...)
0.25 cup fat free mozarella cheese
Directions
1. Preheat Oven to 350
2. Drain can of tuna of all water and place in a separate plate.
3. Add black and green olives and seasoning (optional) to tuna and mix.
4. Spray a baking sheet with non stick spray and place the deli flats.
5. Add pizza sauce then a little cheese, then tuna mix then a little more sauce then more cheese to each of the 6 deli flats.
6.Bake in the oven for about 20-25 minutes.
7. Enjoy hot or cold!
