Ingredients

    2 Hard Boiled Eggs
Kraft Miracle Whip- Light Dressing 1/2 TBSP
Maille Creamy Dijon Mustard (or regular Dijon) 1 TSP
    Dash of Pepper
If you like heat, add a dash or two of hot sauce or Tabasco.

Directions

2 Large eggs is one serving. I like to keep hard boiled eggs in my fridge. I'm not sure how long it takes to boil them because I use one of those egg timers you put in the pot water with the eggs and I end up cooking them to perfection.
Take the yellow out of the hard boiled eggs by cutting the eggs in half. Mix the yolk with the Miracle Whip and Dijon and Pepper (and hot sauce if you want). Put the mixture back into the egg halves.
