Ingredients

1-13.25 pkg whole wheat penne pasta
1-26.5 oz can of Hunt's original style spaghetti sauce with mushrooms (or your favorite sauce)
6 oz Honeysuckle White turkey breakfast sausage, cooked
6 oz Honeysuckle White ground turkey, 93% lean, cooked
1-8 oz pkg Kraft Italian 5 cheese
4 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
Meanwhile, cook turkey until browned (if not precooked). Drain, if necessary. Add pasta sauce and simmer.
In a large glass baking dish, combine 1/2 pasta, 1/2 pasta sauce/turkey mixture, and 1/2 cheese. Add the remaining pasta and pasta sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly. Smooth out mixture. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses over the top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until heated through, and cheese is thoroughly melted.
This dish can be divided in half and baked in two smaller dishes. Freeze one for later. This dish freezes and reheats well.
