Ingredients

1 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 egg (or egg replacer)
7 tbsp protein powder (i used rice)
2 tbsp vegetable oil (i used grapeseed)
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp sugar
2 mashed bananas
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Spray muffin pan with cooking spray.
Stir Flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and walnuts together in a bowl.
Combine egg, protein powder, oil, yogurt, and vanilla and beat well on medium in mixing bowl. Beat in the sugar and bananas.
Add flour mixture to banana mixture just until mixed - batter will be thick.
Divide evenly in muffin pan (i got 9 muffins out of it) and bake for 15-18 minutes.
