Introduction
This is like a tamale pie, but with a drier crust. Excellent with sour cream and salsa on top! I am having it with spinach on the side for a 5 point dinner! Ingredients

1/4 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cajun spice
2 Cups Bisquick Heart Healthy Mix
1 Cup Yellow cornmeal
1 cup fresh chopped cilantro
1/2 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1/4 cup chopped pepperoncini
1 lb 93/7 ground turkey
2/3 cup beef broth
2 4 oz cans chopped green chiles drained
15 oz can Bushs black beans drained
2 cups shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar
1 cup shredded reduced fat pepperjack
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
Brown ground turkey, add chili powder, cajun spice, cumin, onion, garlic and pepperoncini. In separate bowl, mix Bisquick and cornmeal until blended. Add green chiles, 2 cups cheddar and 2/3 cup beef broth. Mix into dough. Press dough into bottom and up sides of pan. Top with drained beans, then cilantro, then turkey mixture, then salsa, then pepperjack cheese. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes until sides are golden and cheese starts to brown. 5 WW points per serving!
