6 Oz. Choice of raw Steak, Sliced or Cubed
2 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
2 Tbsp Thai Kitchen Fish Sauce
1 Can (14 oz.) Coconut Milk
1 Can (4 oz.) Mushroom Pieces, drained
1 Medium Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped Large Pieces
1 Medium Onion, chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, pressed and diced
Directions
Makes 4 Servings
Heat Coconut Milk and Curry Paste on Med. in Large Sauce Pan, 5 Minutes.
Add Fish Sauce, Beef, Pepper, Mushrooms, Onion, Garlic. Simmer on Medium High until meat and vegetables are cooked to Preference.
Serve over rice.
