Ingredients

    Brown rice, 2 cups (dry)
    Green or red pepper, 1 big
    Mushrooms (fresh or canned), 4 oz.
    Onions, 1/2 medium
    Canola oil, 6 tbsp
    Soy sauce, 6 tbsp (optional)

Directions

Makes 4 servings.
Prepare the rice according to instructions.
In a separate pan or wok, sautee the onions, peppers, mushrooms, and broccoli. Once the vegetables are cooked, or when the rice is done, add the rice to the wok with the vegetables, season with sauce salt and it's ready to serve

    Incredible!
    absolutely delicious! i didnt add soy sauce only because others in my family dont care for it.the other half love it.so..i kept it on the table as a condiment.eaten either way, it was enjoyed by all.not to mention its fast and easy! - 7/25/10
