Introduction

This is a recipe I modified from Kraft Foods magazine. This is a recipe I modified from Kraft Foods magazine.
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 c. mashed ripe banana
    1/2 c. fat-free Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

Mix together egg whiltes, bananas and Miracle Whip. Stir in sugars, flour, soda and salt. Add chopped walnuts. Bake in 1 large loaf pan, 2 small loaf pans or make 32 mini muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour for large loaf, 35 minutes for small loaves or 15 minutes for mini muffins. Serves 16.
