Introduction

Breast of chicken, packaged ramen, and canned Chinese veggies Breast of chicken, packaged ramen, and canned Chinese veggies

Ingredients

    1 pkg chicken ramen
    1 cup chicken broth
    1Tb cornstarch
    8oz boneless skinless chicken breast
    2 cups broccoli florets
    1 15oz can baby corn, drained
    1 8oz can bamboo shoots, drained
    1 8oz can water chestnuts, drained
    1Tb soy sauce

Directions

Cook ramen as directed on package.
Mix cornstarch with 2Tb broth, set aside.
Drain ramen.
Cook chicken in wok until no longer pink. Add remaining ingredients and cook until heated through. Add cornstarch mixture at the end of cooking time, stir until sauce has thickened.

Serves 4 (or fewer, depending on how hungry they are!)
