Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 lb
    Green Chiles 1 small can
    Onion (Yellow), 1 med,
    Cheddar Low Fat,shredded 2 cups
    Red Enchalada Sauce 1 small can
    Green Enchalada Sauce 1 small can
    Fat Free Sour Cream, 1/2 cup
    refried beans 1/2 cup
    soft whole wheat tortillas

Directions

mix sour cream and enchilada sauce. In food processor chop onion, green chilies, 1/2 cup of cheese, refreid beans &1/2 cup of enchilada mix. Then add chicken and briefly chop, just till blended. Spread 1/2 cup of sauce in bottom of baking pan. Divide mixture on tortillas, role and place in baking pan. Pour remaining sauce and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 30 min at 350.
