Introduction

Take a black bean salsa and add pasta Take a black bean salsa and add pasta

Ingredients

    1 Can Black Beans
    1.5 thawed corn
    .5 onion chopped
    handful cilantro chopped
    1 mango diced
    1/4 large red pepper chopped
    3 large mushrooms sliced
    1 avocado diced
    1 tbs cumin
    1tbs chili powder
    4 pepperoncini sliced
    1 tbs olive oil
    whole wheat pasta
    1.5 c salsa (more or less to flavor)

Directions

cook and cool pasta
chop everything and mix it all up.
