Introduction
This is super easy and if you take the time to really work the oil over the kale you can cut calories by only using 1 tsp oil vs. 1 Tbs like a lot of other recipes call for. Ingredients

1 bunch kale, ribs removed and torn into bite size pieces
1 tsp sesame oil
1/8 tsp kosher or garlic sea salt
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
In a large bowl combine kale pieces, oil and salt. Mix very well, trying to coat every piece of kale with the oil.
EDIT: Sometimes I find even 1/8 tsp of salt to be too much depending on the size of the bunch of kale. If you have a smaller amount of greens, try using just a pinch.
Lay pieces out onto a foil covered cookie sheet in an even layer.
Bake for 10-20 minutes, beginning to check on the kale after the first 5. Shake the pan to help avoid sticking and clumping.
Serve while still hot
