Ingredients

    1 'Food For Life' brown rice tortilla
    2 slices of roasted turkey breast
    1 slice of reduced fat swiss cheese
    1/2 cup of baby arugula (or any other leafy greens)
    2 pieces of roasted bell peppers (optional)
    1 tsp yellow mustard

Directions

Warm the tortilla on a non stick skillet.
Once warm, place the turkey slices, cheese, arugula, roasted peppers and mustard in the middle of the tortilla. Roll and serve with a side salad.
