Ingredients

I Can't Believe It's Not Butter (for cooking/baking): 1 stick
1/2 cup peanut butter
1.5 cups sugar (or Splenda)
2 eggs, beaten (or 1/2 cup egg beaters)
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Melt PB and butter in 2 qt saucepan.
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt
Remove saucepan from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat well.
Add flour mix to PB mix. Blend well.
Pour into greased 9x13 pan and spread to sides.
Bake at 350 25-30 minutes
Can serve 16 to 32 depending on how big you cut them. Only about 110 cals for 1/16th!
