Ingredients

    Beef, round steak, 1 lb, cut into bite sized pieces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 cup, chopped or sliced
    Angostura Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (about 1 large)
    *Splenda, 2 tsp

Directions

Cut steak into small strips. Brown steak strips in frying pan. Put everything in the small crock pot and cook on low for 8 to 12 hours or on high for 4 to 5 hours.

If you want a thicker gravy, stir in about 1 teaspoon of guar gum 15 minutes before serving.
