Introduction
Try this easy to make, healthier version of banana bread. I used part whole wheat flour, and 4 packets of Truvia natural sweetner (not Splenda). This still tastes great! Ingredients

1/4 cup sugar
4 packets Truvia Natural Sweetner
1 egg
1/4 cup light sour cream
3 medium ripe bananas mashed
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup white flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Cream sugar, Truvia and butter. Mash bananas. Mix flour and baking soda. Add bananas to sugar and butter, then add egg and sour cream. Mix and then add to flour mixture, then add nuts. Bake in greased bread pan (use PAM calorie-free spray) at 365 degrees for 1 hour.
Directions
This recipe makes 12 1/2 inch slices of banana bread.
