Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 scoop (38g) protein powder (I use Tight Curves chocolate powder)
    1/2 banana
    1/2 cup blueberries

Directions

Combine everything together in a blender.
Liquidize in the blender and then serve and enjoy!
