Introduction

A crunchy spicy alternative to chips. Have fun playing with the spices: add garlic, fresh basil, parsley, Italian spices, etc. Always taste it before you dehydrate: if it tastes good then it will only test better once you dehydrate it! Ingredients

    2 bunches Kale washed and patted dry
    1 t sea salt
    1/3 c olive oil
    2 T agave necter
    2 T cayenne papper
    Juice from 2 oranges

Directions

Put kale, salt, olive oil , orange juice and pepper in large bowl and massage until kale is reduced to half the size. Add agave nectar and massage in. Taste and adjust seasonings.

    I think you're missing a step: does it get roasted or dehydrated? Otherwise, this is not going to be very crispy! - 7/26/10
