I used 2% Velveta cheese (50% less fat) and Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni. I used 2% Velveta cheese (50% less fat) and Barilla Plus Elbow Macaroni.
Number of Servings: 6


    1 lb ground beef
    2 3/4 cups water
    1/3 cup ketchup
    1 tsp onion powder
    2 cups elbow macaroni, uncooked
    1/2 lb. (8 oz.) Velveeta Prepared Cheese Product, cut into 1/2 inch cubes


Makes 6 servings
(notes: I used Barilla Plus Elbows and Velveeta 2% milk)

BROWN meat in large skillet, drain fat

ADD water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.

STIR in Velveeta; cook until melted, stirring occasionally.
