Introduction

A throw together soup that became a hit! A throw together soup that became a hit!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 cups of homemade turkey broth
    5 cups of water
    2 tbsp of italian seasoning
    1 dash of salt
    3 chicken bouliion cubes
    4 medium carrots, sliced/chopped
    4 stalks of celery, sliced/chopped
    3-4 cups of garbanzo beans
    2.5 cups of black beans, rinsed
    1 cup of diced tomatoes
    2 cups of uncle ben's instant whole grain brown rice
    2.5 cups of cooked turkey, chopped

Directions

Throw it all (besides the rice) together in a large stock pot.
Bring to a boil.
Turn down to a simmer and let simmer until all ingredients are cooked/soft to liking.
Add rice.
Let simmer for 2 minutes, remove from heat.
Enjoy!
