Introduction
2 Ripe Avacado - peeled and pitted1/2 C of canned coconut milk.. I guess you can use rice or soy if you prefer but I keep alot of coconut milk on hand for baking.
3 - 4 T of Agava (if you have non use 3T of Pure Maple Syrup)
4 T Coco powder
1 T Mint leaves - diced
In a sauce pan heat milk and mint and boil for 5 minutes, stirring. In a blender or a magic bullet (as I use) place the remainder of the ingredients and give a quick couple of pulses to mix it up. After your 5 minutes are up on the milk mixture, pour it into the blender and blend!
Once its in a creamy goodness state you can put in a bowl or use mini cups and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. 2 Ripe Avacado - peeled and pitted
