yummy, not too sweet, but just enough. yummy, not too sweet, but just enough.

    5 boxes Jiffy Mix cornbread muffin mix
    1 2/3 cup 2% milk
    5 eggs
    2 cans (20 oz) cans pineapple tidbits
    1 15oz. bag sunmaid california natural raisins


Mix all boxes of cornbread mix with milk and eggs (as per directions for muffins on the box)
mix in both cans(drained) of pineapple and the whole bag of raisins- mix well, bake until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean on all muffins and are slightly browned. cool and enjoy (but they are very good warm/hot)

makes 36 muffins (3 dozen)
