Ingredients

    White Bread, 2 slice
    Hard Boiled Egg, chopped
    Hellmann's Mayonaise, 2 tbsp
    Tomatoes, 6 slices
    Cucumber (peeled), 6 slices

Directions

Makes 1 serving.
1. Mix chopped egg with mayonaise.
2. Put 3 slices of tomatoes and cucumber on one slice of bread.
3. Spread the egg-mayonaise mixture on top of tomatoes and cucumber.
4. Put the rest of tomatoes and cucumber slices on top of the mixture.
5. Lastly, put the second bread slice on the most top.

    The high fat content is mostly from the mayo- 1T of mayo is 10g of fat. They also entered the egg as 1/2 cup of egg, which adds fat. - 5/19/10

    Please check the fat and calorie count. This seems way too much for an egg. If it is correct, it's not worth it. - 5/19/10

    not quite sure about the fat and calorie count, I just enter the ingridient and the calculator calculated the nutrition value.
