Introduction

Fruity smoothie with added fiber, so yummy! No ice required and very little prep because frozen fruit is already cut and ready. I get the fruit at Costco as well as the Activia cups. Ingredients

    Fiesta Tropical Blend Frozen Fruit~ 1 1/2 cups
    Milk (Soy, Whole, Almond, ect.)~1-1 1/2 cups
    Dannon Activia Yogurt~ 2 4oz. cups

Directions

Throw it all in a blender, hit ICE CRUSH, blend until smooth. If necessary, add more of your preferred milk (Whole, Soy, Almond, ect.). Pour in cup, add a straw, and enjoy.
