Ingredients

    1 can chunk light tuna in water
    1 hard boiled egg, white only
    2 Tbslp chopped celery
    2 Tblsp nonfat greek yogurt
    2 Tsp yellow mustard
    salt n pepper to taste

Directions

chop egg white, combine all ingredients together. I served on whole wheat toast with spinach leaves.
