Ingredients

2 tbs olive oil, divided
1 lb extra lean ground turkey
1/2 medium onion, finely diced
4 garlic cloves chopped roughly
1 can cannellini beans (white kidney beans) rinsed and drained
2 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tbs poultry seasoning
3 tbs fat free half and half
cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Directions
Heat a large deep skillet over medium-high.
Add 1 tbs olive oil.
Next, add all the turkey. Season with some salt to taste and poultry seasoning. Brown the turkey and then place in a large bowl and set aside.
In the same skillet heat the remaining 1 tbs of olive oil. Add the onions and garlic, and poultry seasoning. Saute until the onions are soft.
Next, add the beans and broth. Bring to a simmer for about 5 minutes or until the garlic is soft.
Place 3 quarters of the bean mixture into a blender and blend until smooth. Return to the skillet.
Return turkey to the skillet and stir into the bean mixture.
Finally, add the fat free half and half and season to taste with cayenne pepper and salt.
