Ingredients

    3 pounds of chicken breasts
    3 cups of sliced carrots
    24 oz swanson chicken broth
    1 cup of milk
    3 cups chopped onions
    6 jimmy dean sausage patties
    3 cups sliced mushrooms
    4 cloves garlic
    2 cans campbells cream of mushroom soup
    3 boxes of uncle bens wild rice original
    1 tbs butter
    1/2 tsp marjoram
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/2 tsp allspice

Directions

Put chicken in pot on stove with Chicken broth and enough water to cover...simmer until tender chunk and set aside...use broth to make the uncle bens and wild rice...using the appropriate liquid amount...set aside...put 1 tbs butter in skillet cook sausage until done. ...set aside...saute chopped onions, mushrooms, carrots, garlic, and spices until tender...add the chicken, sausage, rice, and veggies all in a casserole dish with the cream of mushroom soup and the cup of milk..bake at 350 for about 35-40 minutes.
