    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, unpacked
    Egg, fresh, 3 large
    Zucchini, 2 cup, mashed
    Flour, white, 2 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, .25 tsp
    Baking Soda, 2 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup


Mix Sugar, Brown Sugar, Applesauce and Eggs until well blended
Add 2 Cups of Zucchini - Mix
Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
Grease two loaf pans and pour in batter.
Bake @ 350 for 1 hour
