Introduction

This is one that I put together at the last minute, using all frozen fruit. It was SUPER easy to put together. Great for a snack or Breakfast on the run. Has the consistency of icecream. Ingredients

    1 cup of frozen, unsweetened Blueberries
    1/2 c. frozen, unsweetened, whole strawberries
    1 cup of frozen, dark, sweet, pitted cherries
    1/3 c. plain, lowfat yogurt
    1/3-1/2 c. of granulated sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
    1/3- 1/2 c. water

Directions

This drink makes about 3-4 cups of delicious berry smoothie.
Place the ingredients in the order above (except the water), into a heavy duty blender. Add the water in slowly to keep the liquids moving smoothly...otherwise it will freeze up. Use as little water as possible for a thicker, icecream smooth, smoothie.
