Ingredients

Nuts and seeds - any you like
Coconut is optional
Dried fruit - any you like and more is better than less (sultanas, currants etc)
Also need 2 heaped teaspoons of mixed spice, 2 of cinnamon and 1/2 ground cloves.
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180c / 350f / Gas Mark 4
Place dried fruit in saucepan with about 180ml/6floz of water and heat gently over a medium heat for about 5 mins to soften. Then leave to cool and absorb water.
Place oats, coconut, nuts, seeds, spices into food processor and pulse together.
Add fruit and oil and pulse till well combined and looks moist.
Line a baking tray with non-stick baking paper and pour mixture into tray. Use the back of a wet spoon to help press the mixture into tray until smooth on top.
Place in oven for 20 - 30 mins.
Cooked flapjacks should be slightly browned, remove from oven and cool in in the tin. Cut into squares (approx 24)

without measurements it is hard to really gauge calories - 5/21/10

I know - I put in all the measurements 3 times and in the end I opted not to share - but it just seems to ignore me. Am a bit confused by the recipe box. Sorry. If I can I will try to edit the recipe again.
