Taken fron Rosemary Conley's Gi Jeans Diet Book. Grilling the LEAN lamb actually reduces the fat content to 6.8gms fat per serving, and the calories to 237kcal. Thus making this a reasonably low fat recipe. (ingredients can be divided or multiplied to suit number of diners). Ingredients

    500 gms ground Lamb
    1 small onion
    2 tbsps Tomato Ketchup
    salt
    Freshly ground Black Pepper

Directions

Makes 4 Burgers

1. Finely chop the onion and mix with the ground lamb.
2. Add Salt & pepper to taste, and add the tomato ketchup.
3. Shape into 4 rounds and flatten slightly.
4. Grill 5/6 mins each side, under a hot grill, making sure they are thoroughly cooked through.
