Ingredients

16 oz. whole wheat bowtie (or other) pasta
1 cucumber, peeled, quartered and sliced
1 c. grape tomatoes, halved
2 c. broccoli cole slaw
2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 small can sliced olives, drained
1 1/2 c. yellow squash, quartered and sliced
3 bunches green onions, white and green parts, chopped
small handful fresh cilantro, chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
1 c. Brianna's Homestyle Zesty French Dressing
optional: 1/2 pine nuts or other nuts or seeds
Directions
Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Rinse under cold water and drain. Cut up veggies. Toss pasta, veggies, and dressing together in a 5-qt. bowl. Makes about 16 1-cup servings.
