Ingredients

Ingredients:
* *Besan, 1 cup (Chick Pea Flour)
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, .5 cup
* Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
* Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
* Soybean Oil, 2 tbsp
* Chicken Stock Powder, 1 serving
* Water to blend
* spices to preferred taste
Directions
Put Besan in bowl and add spices to your taste, I used cumin and garam masala, add chicken stock powder. Drain the brine from tinned corn and add the brine to bowl to make thick batter.
Lightly saute green peppers then add to batter mix with drained corn and chopped onion, mix and add water if required, consistency should be like thick pancake mix.
Heat a tsp of oil in heavy fry pan, then put 1 tbs of mix for each pikelet, make 4 at a time, turn when browned and add another tsp of oil. Remove when cooked and keep in a warm place, repeat cooking as per above. Serve warm with favourite chutneys or sauces.
