Ingredients

    1 lb hamburger
    2 cups uncooked brown rice
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can tomatoe paste

    spices:
    cayenne pepper
    black pepper

Directions

Cook brown rice till tender. Brown ground beef, add diced tomatoes. To the rice add cayenne pepper and also to the beef. when both are done mix togather adding the tomato paste. I usually add 1.5 cups of water while mixing. let simmer serve hot.
Add more black pepper and Cayenne pepper to taste...very good
