Introduction
Tikka Masala recipes call for a Garam Masala spice blend. This is hard to find, though it's basically a combination of various Indian spices, so I included my own Garam blend in this dish. Delicious. Ingredients

8 oz Flank Stead, sliced
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1/2 cup Diced Tomato
1/2 cup Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt
1 Poblano Chili, seeded and julienne
1 Red Bell Pepper, seeded and julienne
1 Orange Bell Pepper, seeded and julienne
1 Sweet Vidalia Onion, chopped
Ginger Root, about 1/2 inch piece, grated
Turmeric Root, about 1/2 inch piece, grated
2 tbsp Tomato Paste
1 tbsp Curry Powder
1/2 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 tsp Red Curry Powder
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/4 tsp Paprika
Pinch of Sea Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
Directions
1) Whisk chicken broth, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste, honey, and all spices together.
2) Combine all ingredients (except yogurt and dill) in crockpot. Stir well so chicken and veggies get coated with spice mixture. Place top on.
3) Cook on LOW for 4-6 hours.
4) Add yogurt in the last 10 minutes. This prevents it from curdling. Stir well.
5) Sprinkle with dill and enjoy
