Ingredients

    16 cups Vegetable Broth
    2 Onions chopped
    8 oz button Mushrooms sliced
    2 Green Peppers, chopped
    2 Carrots peeled and chopped raw
    5 Potato (I used the equivalent of little potatoes left the skins on and cut them up)
    2 26.46oz chopped Tomatoes in a box
    2 TBS minced Garlic

Directions

add onions, mushrooms, peppers, carrots, potatoes and spices to broth
Cook on medium high heat for about 30 to 45 minutes
Add chopped tomatoes and cook on medium heat for about 40 mins
Serve and enjoy
