Introduction
Spicy, tasty fish! Spicy, tasty fish!Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
6 oz Arrowtooth Flounder Fillet
1/8 Tsp Black Pepper
1/8 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/8 Tsp Crushed Red Pepper
Cooking Spray (no calorie)
Directions
While frying pan is heating, mix black pepper, garlic powder, salt, and crushed red pepper in a small bowl.
Sprinkle half of the mixture over one side of fish and spray the covered side of the fish in cooking spray.
Spray frying pan with cooking spray.
Lay fish in frying pan, spiced side down and sprinkle the upward side with the rest of the spice contents. Spray this side with cooking spray.
When fish begins turning white, flip over to other side.
Fish is done when it is "flaky."
This recipe makes ONE SERVING. If you would like to make more just multiply ingredients by how many servings you would like to have.
A good side dish, that is not included in caloric intake, is steamed broccoli. The two tastes compliment each other nicely.
Also, if you are not a fan of super spicy food, then add less crushed red pepper.
Enjoy!
