Ingredients

    1. 3 oz. Pineapple
    2. 3 oz. Apple
    3. 3 oz. Pear
    4. 3 oz. Banana
    5. 1/2 cup Skim Milk
    6. 6 oz. Light Blueberry Yogurt
    7. 1 scoop Whey Powder
    8. 6-8 Ice Cubes
    9. 3 packets sun crystals sweetener

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth.

Makes 2 - 3 servings depending on how deprived you are :-D
