Ingredients

    3/4 cup Ancient Harvest Traditional Whole Grain Quinoa, dry
    3/4 cup Wheatberries
    3/4 cup Wild Rice
    2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
    5 cloes whole garlic
    2 oz Kalamata, Green Olives, pitted
    6 piece Sun Dried Tomatoes
    2 Red Ripe Tomatoes (3" dia)
    3 oz Ground beef, lean and cooked
    2 tbsp Olive Oil


Directions

Boil quinoa, wheatberries, and wild rice in water that covers the ingredients. REduce heat to medium. Add balsamic vinegar and garlic. Allow to simmer until wheatberries are tender. Add all other ingredients. Mix until combined. Add Salt and pepper to taste if desired.

    I think I will leave out the beef and try this recipe. And the tomatoes, this time of year they are lousy. - 5/6/08
