    1.5 oz chopped red peppers
    2 oz chopped green peppers
    3 oz sliced baby bella mushrooms
    .5 oz grated boar's head smoked gouda
    2 lg eggs


saute veggies together with cooking spray.

scramble eggs (no milk) and place in pan. cook on one side, flip. as soon as you flip place veggies and cheese and fold in half.
