Ingredients

Dough:
5 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup Milk, hot
Filling:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast, cubed.
3/4 cup broccoli cooked and chopped.
1 1/2 cups fresh spinach, coarsely chopped.
14 oz. cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 tsp. Basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Pepper to taste
salt to taste
Directions
Sift together the flour, soda, and salt, add the melted butter and hot milk, mix well. Let sit for 20 minutes or however long it takes to mix the other ingredients.
Spray pan with cooking spray, add chicken, cook on Medium heat until the chicken is no longer pink. put all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Roll out dough into 6 inch circles, put in about 1/4- 1/2 cup filling, fold over to make a nice semi-circle, seal with a fork.
Brush with egg whites and make a few slits in the top, to prevent bubbly of dough and to allow the middle to cook heat throughly.
Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 7 servings.
