Ingredients

    7 oz. can salmon, drained
    1 1/2 c. blanched asparagus pieces
    3 T. Lemon juice
    3 T. chopped dill
    2.5 T. olive oil
    2 T. capers
    2 tsp. lemon zest
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 c. cooked bowties
    1/3 c. shredded parmeson

Directions

Serves 4.
Mix salmon, asparagus, lemon juice, dill, oilive oil, capers and lemon zest, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir in cooked bowties and 1/3 c. shredded parmesan.
